Fitness First accepts no responsibility for any errors in content on the Fitness First Member Benefits website or any issues arising from the ordering, fulfilment or payment through the website. To process and fulfil your order, we need to know your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, credit card number and expiry date. In some instances we may require date of birth, driver's licence number and licence expiry date to perform a credit check.
