This copyright and the trademarks and any other intellectual property rights belonging to third parties appearing in or arising from this website (together, the Intellectual Property) may not be used, copied or reproduced in any way without authorisation from the relevant owner. No licence is granted in respect of any use of any of the Intellectual Property.

Unauthorised use of the Intellectual Property and of this website is strictly prohibited. You agree to compensate us for any losses that we may suffer or claims we may be exposed to as a result of unauthorised use of any Intellectual Property or any other information appearing on this website (which includes any such use by non-Australian residents).

Fitness First Member Benefits is owned, operated and managed by Pinpoint Pty. Fitness First accepts no responsibility for any errors in content on the Fitness First Member Benefits website or any issues arising from the ordering, fulfilment or payment through the website. Payment Policy

When paying upfront by credit card we will debit your card for the order value plus freight when your order is shipped.

All prices are displayed in Australian dollars.

Delivery Policy

We deliver directly to your door throughout Australia. Please allow up to 10 to 15 working days for delivery from placing your order. Delays outside our control may be experienced. Where multiple items are purchased, delivery may be received at different times. An additional delivery charge may be applicable if the product is not accepted during your prescribed delivery time.

If you live on one of Australia's offshore islands, please discuss delivery arrangements with one of our Customer Consultants, as an additional delivery cost may apply.

Freight and handling charges apply on all orders. Please contact our Customer Consultants for details of freight charges on products.

Resolving Disputes

If you have a dispute with us over the operation of Fitness First Member Benefits website, please contact us by phone at 1300 785 873^ and we will try to resolve the problem speedily. Do not contact Fitness First direct as all issues will be redirected to the above number.

If you have a dispute about goods or services obtained, please contact the manufacturer or supplier direct, because their warranties will apply.

Returns Policy

The supplier will not accept returned goods unless required under the Trade Practices Act 1974 (Cth).

Pinpoint, as a supplier to the Fitness First Member Benefits program, is committed to protecting your privacy and complying with the National Privacy Principles. We maintain the privacy of your information using the latest and most sophisticated security technologies.

To process and fulfil your order, we need to know your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, credit card number and expiry date. In some instances we may require date of birth, driver's licence number and licence expiry date to perform a credit check.

We will not use or disclose the information you give us about yourself except:

  • another purpose to which you have consented.
